Terms and Conditions

  • Note: In case Guests have booked and paid for a room with the PROMOTIONAL RATES for 1 PAX/room/night, but later need to check in with an EXTRA PERSON, a surcharge is 250,000VND/person/night will be applied (extra person additional surcharge policy).
  • Extra person: (From 12 years old and up): 250,000VND/ person/ night (includes breakfast).
  • Extra bed: 350,000VND/ bed/ night (includes breakfast).
  • Extra Children (Breakfast included):
  • Children under 5: Free (share bed with parents).
  • Children 6 to under 12: 150,000 VND/night (includes breakfast).
  • Children 12 and older: Charged as adults.
  • Check-in times is 2:00 PM. Any check-in from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM will be applied 50% room charge, before 6:00 AM will be applied at full room charge. Any check-in from 12:00 PM will be negotiable.
  • Check out time is 12:00 PM on the next day. Any check out late than 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM will be applied 50% room charge, later than 6:00 PM full room charge will be applied for the check out date.
