INTRODUCTION:

The following Rules and Regulations have been established by Elizabeth Hotels Limited Liability Company (“Elizabeth Hotel”) to ensure our Guests’ safety and enjoyment. These Hotel Rules and Regulations will be implemented thoroughly by the Elizabeth Hotel Management and all staff members. As our hotel guest, by reading and signing your hotel registration you are agreeing to abide by all of our Hotel Rules and Regulations. We strive to provide our guests with an exceptionally clean, safe, and friendly hotel experience. In addition, we are grateful for all your kind support and cooperation.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT TIME AND OTHER OPERATIONAL HOURS:

1. Check-in time is 14:00 and Check-out time is 12:00 the day after. Additional charge of up to a whole day rent may apply for late check-out.
2. Visitors must notify and register with the Reception upon their arrival and must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times. Due to security reasons, visitors are not allowed to stay after 9:00pm. If they need to stay after that time, please contact the Reception to book another room or pay the extra-person fee (350.000VNĐ/pax/night in case they want to stay in the Guest’s room).
3. Hotel quiet hours begin at 22:00 until 8:00 next morning. Guests are kindly requested to keep televisions, voices, or any other devices’ sound, at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating, loitering, running, and playing loud music/noise in corridors, at the swimming pool, or even in the elevators. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact the Reception immediately by room phone or in person. If Hotel Management receives a noise complaint, we will only give one warning to quieten down. Receiving a second complaint will result in the room(s) being asked to leave the Hotel and no refund will be given.
4. Swimming pool and gymnasium will be closed at 21:00 to avoid unfortunate accidents, please refrain from using them after that time.

OTHER GENERAL RULES:

1. Guests are kindly requested to produce either their passports with vaild entry/exit visa or their identity card (for Vietnamese citizens) to the Reception for check-in registration. In addition, upon your arrival, a deposit of at least 200.000VNĐ/room/night shall be requested by our Reception, either in cash, bank transfer, or credit card. It is your responsibility to fully understand the manner in which your bank processes refunds, pre-authorizations and charges to your credit/debit card, which might be operated diffenrently across banks and types of cards.
2. The hotel shall not be responsible for any of your valuables and money not kept in the safety box provided in your room.
3. When going out, please lock the door carefully and keep the key card in your posession or give back to the Reception.
4. Before leaving the hotel, guests are kindly requested to settle all fees and return keys to the Reception. In case of losses or damages to key cards, a charge of 200.000VND will be applied.
5. Removing or transfering the furniture, and other items from one room to another is not allowed. You are liable for any damage, or loss howsoever caused whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act to the room(s), hotel’s premises or property caused by you or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. Please refer to the properties’ price list, provided in the Room Directory.
6. Please wear appropriate clothes when you are at the common areas of the hotel, especially public places such as the lobby, restaurant, and so on. Due to cultural reasons, nudity even in case of children is not allowed.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:

1. To ensure the cleanliness of Guests’rooms, please do not bring pets into your room or onto the hotel premises in general.
2. The safety and security of our guests and staff is extremely important to us. All kinds of weapons, and inflammable items are not allowed at all times.
3. Illegal activities such as gambling, prostitution or taking drugs, and so on are strictly prohibited. Guests who fail to abide by our policy may be asked to leave the hotel premises.
4. Smelly fruits such as durian, jackfruit, and so on are not accepted as they will create an odor which may be objectionable to our guests and staff, and difficult to remove from the air, carpet, walls, and furniture. The hotel shall not be responsible for food stafety conditions in relation to food and drinks bought outside of the hotel.
5. We serve some kinds of snack food in every room. Guests are kindly requested not to do cooking in the room except ones that are provided with a safety kitchen area.

• For Penhouse and Family: The kitchen is only used for warming up food only. Any other kinds of food preparation in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. This is to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. The hotel shall not be responsible for safety conditions of food that you cook in your room.

6. Please refrain from hanging your clothes at the balcony, windows or fire exit.
7. All kinds of smoking, including cigarette, e- cigarette, tobacco, vape pens, and so on are not permitted anywhere inside of the hotel building except those designated smoking areas like balconies, and outdoor places that are away from the building. Smoking in smoke-free areas will result in a charge of 3.000.000VND being levied for cleaning facilities, and removing the odor creates by cigarette smoke.

The Hotel Management reserve the right to refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in our hotel or may remove a person, without refund, who refuses to abide by the above Rules and Regulations established for the operation and management of our hotel.
